CSI technical services address a broad range of challenges mainly related to materials science and new product and technology development. Specifically, our services cover development of proprietary materials and formulations, complete materials characterization and product testing, scientific literature searches, new product development, prototyping, improvement of existing products, competitors’ landscaping, feasibility studies and failure analysis among the others. Our services can be also designed to be complementary to e.g. on-going R&D activities in the large corporations, or can be designed to be a great sole source of information when the client, such as a small company or a professional, needs a quick response to address market or business issue.
CSI also offers creative and scientific writing of promotional materials for novel products, processes and technologies. Our creative writing addressing the uniqueness of our clients’ product, service or technology has resulted in winning prestigious international awards for our clients, among which are Edison Awards honoring Innovations and Innovators, R&D 100 Awards and other innovation-related awards.
Finally, but not least, CSI offers guidance related to intellectual property (IP) rights. The guidance usually includes prior art search, competitive landscaping and advices with the purpose of creating unique IP portfolios for our clients. Our services are designed to be complementary and partially replace the expensive patent law firms’ services. CSI does not file and maintain patents, but provides strategic IP advice helping the clients to strengthen their IP portfolio in the time-consuming process of filling and issuing patents.
